Coach Dean is passionate about sharing his knowledge and love for the game. He began out of his backyard in 2021 and has quickly built up his coaching into an all year academy in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, indoors at Champions Indoor Golf and outdoors through his academy Mass Golf Lab at Olde Scotland Links. He's loved the game since he picked up a club at 8 years old and believes if you love the game there is no goal you can't achieve if you are willing to put the work towards it. Through his junior academy he is committed to inspiring his juniors to love the game.

His junior development programs are group clinics tailored to beginners who may be picking up a club for the first time, ages 6 and above. He teaches through playing games to keep juniors engaged and having fun while they are learning to hit the driver or chip it close. These programs are built to develop a strong foundation in all aspects of the game and inspire the want to practice, play, or even compete.

His elite program is tailored to competitive junior golfers ranging from competitive junior golf to college golfers, and blends individual coaching with group practice, play, and competition. He focuses on developing his juniors both on and off the course, to build their skillsets, learn how to score, and how to compete, while also learning how to handle their emotions and mentality as they grow as an individual throughout the whole journey.

Dean is dedicated to providing juniors and their families with the guidance needed to play and enjoy this amazing game.
