I was born and raised in the mountains of Lake Tahoe. Since the age of two I skied in the winter and golfed in the summer. I moved to San Diego in 2005 to attend San Diego State University. While at SDSU I received Bachelor of Science (2009) & Masters of Arts (2011) in Kinesiology with emphasis in health, fitness and nutrition. I played on the Division I Women’s Golf Team and while an Aztec I was Co-Captain of the golf team during my senior and earned the honor of being Scholar-Athlete each year at SDSU.

The essential concerns as a coach are performance enhancement and the well-being of my athletes. Minimizing injuries and enhancing performance in golf can be obtained through proper training programs. To become GOLF FIT my athletes must understand how essential fitness, the mental game, nutrition, proper practice routines and the fundamentals of the golf game are important in becoming a competitive player. Mastery of advanced skills takes hard work and dedication. Health and Fitness is important is important for overall well-being, but is also important for your golf game. I have the tools to help my athletes accomplish their goals to not only help them play their best and improve their competitive side, but grow the game into a lifetime sport.
